Our Vision
Social responsibility for the Noventia Pharma means the harmonization of the research for human health, with social and cultural obligations and value creation.
The medical and scientific research is at the centre of our activities through the development of effective and safe therapeutic solutions, as well as generating value through scientific research and the development, manufacturing and marketing of innovative therapeutic solutions.
Noventia Pharma is also contributing to science by supporting medical research and humanitarian initiatives. Keeping high standards of social responsibility means integrating principles of ethics and transparency into the company’s strategic vision in line with the regulations in force but also, correct in terms of economic and social relations.
The system of relations in which Noventia Pharma operates is complex and involves continuous interaction with the medical and scientific community, the regulatory authorities of several European Countries, a complex network of industrial and commercial partners, employees, local communities and, much more important, patients.
Social Responsibility
A significative example of the attention which the Company pays to patients can be seen in the series of initiatives which Noventia Pharma is dedicating to patients affected by rare diseases, actively supporting them in the difficult approach to these diseases, for which there is very often no real cure but only the possibility of achieving better patients life conditions by an appropriate psychological support and suitable health assistance.
The Company, through several initiatives, is preparing, in collaboration with several patients Associations and with the main therapeutic centres, projects with the ultimate objective to offer to the patients a broad portfolio of the best therapeutic solutions as well as to inform and involve the patients with rare diseases in the therapeutic management of the illness.
